What is DocuBank?

DocuBank is an internationally recognized repository for medical legal documents. By enrolling in DocuBank, you’ll be able to securely upload/submit documents discussed in the Wise Birds Workshop, so that you can have 24/7 access to them from anywhere in the world.

Once you’ve completed the workshop, enrolled in DocuBank and submitted your documents, DocuBank will send you a wallet card for medical emergency situations. Swiping the wallet card at the hospital allows for medical professionals to know who to contact in case of an emergency and easily see the documents you’ve submitted. Swiping the card also triggers an automatic notification of the people you’ve listed on your DocuBank enrollment form via phone or email.

As an added bonus, your first year of DocuBank membership is included in your Wise Birds Workshop. You can renew each year after directly with Docubank for a small fee.
